Welcome to the
Office of Student Ethics
All Indiana University students commit to upholding community values defined in the Code of Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Conduct. The Office of Student Ethics promotes personal responsibility and integrity throughout the academic and personal misconduct student process. As an integral part of the educational mission of Indiana University, our office practices and remains committed to an educational approach when working with our student community. We believe IU students make good decisions and on occasion may make a poor decision or two. We create a collaborative environment where students have an opportunity to be accountable for personal choices, learn from those poor decisions, move forward, and continue their education as a productive member of a safe and supportive community.
We challenge our students to Know the Code. Take the C.R.E.E.D.
This site is designed to assist students, faculty, staff, and community members as they navigate the IU conduct system. The Office of Student Ethics is here to help YOU. Please feel free to explore our site and if questions remain, please do not hesitate to contact our office to address any questions or concerns.
We look forward to supporting you through this process.
