FairTalk at IU
FairTalk at IU is to foster discussions in diversity to promote fairness for all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, & strives to achieve this goal through educational outreach & political advocacy efforts targeting HJR6, a proposed constitutional amendment which will ban same sex marriage in the Indiana State Constitution.

Gender Warriors is a peer-led discussion, advocacy and support group for trans-identified and gender nonconforming students. No individual must be considered “trans enough” to participate; everyone from anywhere across the gender spectrum may join, including allies. All meetings are confidential and privacy will be respected absolutely.
A safe place to form social, professional and educational peer networks. IU LGBT graduate students, undergraduates over 21 years of age and community members meet in informal settings to discuss personal and social issues.
Grrrls Like Us
An empowering discussion group for women on the queer spectrum (lesbian, bisexual, asexual, questioning, etc.) ages 18-24 who attend Indiana University. The group provides an opportunity for meeting, connecting, and conversing in a peer-facilitated, safe, confidential atmosphere which actively recognizes the fluidity of sex, gender, and practically every other facet of life. Keshet is a social organization for both cultural and religious LGBTQ Jewish and Jewishly-identified students. We give a voice to Jewish issues and individuals in the LGBTQ community.
Men Like Us
Peer Support Group for self-identifying gay, bisexual, queer, questioning and ally men, 18–25. Discuss topics such as coming out, relationships, faith & religion, and current issues. Confidential Men Like Us is not meeting over the summer – please check back in the Fall.
Outlaw is the alliance of students working to promote equal rights and protect against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender.
Out At Kelly
Out at Kelley is the first and only LGBT organization in the Kelley School of Business at IUB. We emphasize community involvement, business trips, and networking opportunities.
Rainbow Cycling is a Little 500 team dedicated to celebrating diversity and creating positive racing experiences for young men and women. Rainbow Cycling competed in its first Little 500 race in 2006, qualifying and finishing 27th in the men’s race. Our first women’s team competed in the 2011 Little 500 race, qualifying 30th and finishing 24th.
RAISE stands for Raising Awareness of Interactions in Sexual Encounters. RAISE is all about spreading the message of consent. We give presentations on sexual assault for classes, Greek houses, dorms, and anyone who requests one.
Resonate seeks to create an atmosphere of trust and respect for individuals from countries outside the USA who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, genderqueer, ally or any of the hues of the rainbow. Confidential group.

A student organization devoted to fighting for equal rights regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
Secular Alliance of IU (SAIU)
The Secular Alliance of IU is a group who are first and foremost a community for non-believers, harboring a welcoming environment where people are free to question everything, including religion. We meet weekly on Sundays at 8pm for discussion meetings called Russell’s Tea Parties. (IU registered student group)
Student Global AIDS Campaign
The Student Global AIDS Campaign (SGAC) is a US-based network of student and youth organizations committed to the global fight against AIDS. SGAC seeks to mobilize a multi-racial student movement, in partnership with students internationally, to make claims upon governments, corporations, and civil society through education, leadership training, informed advocacy and direct action. SGAC demands sufficient resources, effective prevention, and guaranteed access to AIDS treatment and care as a matter of moral urgency.
