Re-register Your Organization for 2012-2013!

We are now accepting re-registration forms for the 2012-2013 academic year. Please check on myINvolvement for the form.

Student organizations must re-register after a period of time in order to continue receiving benefits. In order to re-register your organization, you will need to:

  1. Make sure you are listed as a member of your organization on myINvolvement. If you are not listed as a member, a current officer or primary contact will need to add you. If you cannot reach either, your advisor will need to email iusll@indiana.edu to confirm your officer position.
  2. Fill out the Student Organization Re-Registration Form online at myINvolvement (Log in. On the “Home” tab scroll to “Tasks”. This is where the re-registration form will appear if you have access to it).
  3. Update your roster (remember, at least five currently enrolled IU Bloomington students) and organization profile.
  4. Upload your organization’s most recent constitution.
  5. On the form you will also be able to reserve a spot for your organization at the 2012 Student Involvement Fair (8/29/12, 11a-3p, IMU Parking Lot).
  6. After you submit, you will receive an email within five business days confirming your organization’s renewal.
